Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Do we have a nominee's name registered for a flat thats owned by a person in Mumbai. By default if there's no nominee name, if the wife of the flat owner considered as a legal nominee?

Nomination has to express by submitting appropriate form prescribed by bye-laws to the Society

There is nothing as default nominee or legal nominee or illegal nominee.
