Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

The notice board is there on the land and no one objects for 2 weeks. After this period if someone comes with a claim will it have any importance? Please advise.

U can give answer of his claim that time?

any time any person claim but our benefit is that we give notice and that time he can not send any objection.
