Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I had sent a notice of eviction from a lawyer to (x) for 1 month on expiring of which i will sue.

Now one month has passed and (x) has not evicted the property, now i want to sue him.... But by a different lawyer not the one who sent the notice.

1.can i use another lawyer instead of the one who sent the notice to (x).

2.will i have to send the notice of eviction again if i choose different lawyer.

Dear Sir / Madam,

1. Yes, you can appoint another Advocate / Lawyer to move eviction proceedings.

2. Yes, I suggest you serve the notice again to the opponents.
