Can NRI's have more than one owners of a property in India for e.g. a Residential Property? We are a group of NRI's and we would like to invest on some Residential properties in India.

there is no restriction on the number of properties the NRI can purchase.but you cannot purchase farm land and agriculture properties or a plantation. for further query contact 9312411481.
