Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
If someone occupied my land for more than 12 years does he have right to take that land. A person occupied my land 12 years ago, I complaint about it more than 8 times in police station but police didn't responded. Please tell me that will he have right to occupy this land or I have right due to not responce or inaction of police I have all fir document which I complaint to police

He has no right.he is merely trespasser. you can evacuate him.12 years criteria for factum of possession requires uninterrupted ,continuous ,peaceful with the knowledge of owner.iIn this particular case as you have filed FIR it not peaceful possession.
