Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Original title deed of the plot of land is not available. Copy of title deed is taken from local sub registrar’s office. Now I would like to sell the property but buyers are afraid as they want original title deed of the land. What is the legal remedy to the situation?

You need to file a FIR in order to declare that the said Documents are lost.... as well make a paper publication in regard to the same .....
