If a owner of a share property do not use the property for 25 years then can the owner claim any kind of right on it?

An Owner of a property always remains its Owner irrespective of whether he uses the property for his residence or not.

It depends on his possession. If has one then its fine if the property is in undisturbed possession of someone else then there could be some issues. You may also drop a detailed query at [email protected]
