Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I am the owner of shop in navi mumbai, society is charging the maintenance twice the the rate of residential premises, also imposing restriction on giving my shop on rent to liquor, chicken, grill, chaki etc. is it according to the bylaws?

Rate of maintenance is much higher in case of commercial property. Yes, there are certain restriction when you rent the shops as per laws. For a complete information, I need to check once since bylaws very from state to state to some extent.
