Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
There are four co owners of a residential Flat. But the flat is occupied by two co owners and their family. They are neither willing to sell the flat and give the share to the other two co owners. Is there any remedy by which the occupant co owners can be asked to give the share of the other two non occupant co owners

Dear Sir / Madam,
Sue first. The two non-occupant co-owners who are being deprived of their legal rights in the flat by the other two occupant co-owners, will have to file a partition suit against the other two occupant co-owners for acquiring their share in the flat.
