Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I paid an advance of 50000 Rs to buy a flat in Chennai. I was planning to take housing loan. Loan was rejected. When we requested the seller to refund the advance amount, he returns only 30000 Rs, deducting 20K for legal charges in making the sale deed document. Is this acceptable?

Out of 20k the 75% of the unused stamp duty you will get refund,ask for it.
