Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I have paid Rs 50000 as banakhat to purchase a house but banakhat is not registered, payment was made via cheque. Now deal is cancelled from my side ,can i claim my money back.

Check a condition of Banakhat.

why u cancelled the deal. If reason about Title of property and Title u can by back money from Vendor.

if vendor understanding your problem he can give your money.

U claim in Civil Court about that.
