Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

my parental property which is in my father name. but due to some reason my father by mistake singed a blank stamp paper and it has been taken by my uncle sons. how to stop any legal issues regarding property in future, which may come due to signed stamp paper. what should I do to come out with this issue

do they have a physical possession of the property?? you can file a suit for declaration. but I need to know what was written on the stamp paper??
