Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
My Parents has invested their money in Property near to Badlapur in 1996, the builder who has taken the project was fraud, we lodge a case in court, and the court has passed their response to our side, now from last 4 month that builder is not attending any of court hearings and also court has declared warrant against him, but there is no action from either side, pls suggest me way ahead.

If in a criminal trial, an accused absconded, then Court may issue a proclamation and thereafter attach properties of such accused.

You should plead that the Judge passes an order directing the builder to refund back your monies invested with interest.
