Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
My parents had landed property at Gaya(Bihar). My Father & Mother died on 21 june 1992 and 27th dec 1999 respectively. Now the property has been soled and 5 sisters have claimed equal share of the sale return. Sisters are all married & well settled, i have 7 brothers also. Now i request you to give your valued oppinion if sisters are right in their claims or not. Property sold in june 2016.
