Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
After paying the Stamp Duty and Registration, our agreement has an additional charges of Development Charges and Infrastructure Costs? What are these and these to be paid by the person buying the house or by the builder?

Dear Sir / Madam,
Before buying the property, you should thoroughly read, check and confirm the different charges being charged to you by the builder. If they are included in the Agreement, they are most probably to be paid by the purchaser.
