Dear Sir / Madam,

If you have done charity and allowed the person to stay in your room free of cost, if without any documents, he / she does not have any legal right over the room, simply because he / she does not have any paper(s) to show his right. But if you are seriously interested in retaining your control over the room, keeping the same person for so many years at length is not recommended. Even if you are doing charity, you must ensure that it spreads to benefit others too, and not one and the same person, year after year.
