if a person holds a shop on the ground floor of a residential in building in Mumbai would he be entitled to be admitted as a member to the Society or he would be a nominal member i.e. the shop owner would have no share in the capital and property of the Society

He would be entitled to be admitted as regular member and allotted regular shares by the Society as would have been issued to flat holders.
