A person has sold 322 sq yards to me .2 year later neibhour plat person claiming that 120 sq yards is belongs to him and he occupied forcefully what should I do ?

Dear Sir / Madam,

You should file a case against the neighbour for "trespassing" into your land and forcefully possessing a part of your land.
