A person who stays is abudhabi, and he gives power to one power agent/ friend and the power of attornery has the stamp of embassy or its registered at Embassy of abhudhabi, whether that power is valid to execute sale of property in india.

that power of attorney is not valid to execute the sale deed of a property in india. for the sale, the person has to come to india personally.
to get that power of attorney validated the power of attorney holder has to take the same to office of collector of stamp and along with an application for adjudication of stamp deposit rs 5/- for adjudication. In a week time, the collector of stamp will adjudicate the stamp value. one pays the stamp value and the collector will stamp the power of attorney and then it becomes validated
No, not in itself; but yes, after the PoA is EMBOSSED with appropriate revenue authorities and if the vendor is entitled to sell the property, then the PoA may be able to execute sale deed on behalf of the original owners.
