Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I have a piece of land adjoining my brother's. This was purchased from my elder brother. My younger brother's land was also purchased from my elder brother. Now I have sold my land to my elder brother's eldest son. My younger brother has filed a petition to make this sale null and void as he wants to buy the piece himself. Does my younger brother has any basis for this petition? Thank you in anticipation of your kind adevice.

You have to show the petition filed by your younger brother. Then, it can be decided that it can be or not.
