Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I am planning to buy a property of which original sale agreements are missing but certified true copy is available for same the stamp duty and registration has been appropriately done in both the agreements and society is yet to be formed so in all these circumstances is it advisable to go ahead with the above property .

Dear Sir / Madam,
Prior to purchase, you should obtain an Indemnity from the Seller that he / she is responsible and assumes full liability in the event of any problems which may arise in future on the property since the original Agreement is missing.
