Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I have a plot in Patna which I bought from my brother 17 years ago, by giving full amount. Only mistake I did that I didn't get my plot registered on my name, but I have original papers of plot. Now my brother is refusing to give me that plot. What should I do. Can there be any case in my favor. My brother is not ready to register.
