Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I am polio strucken women residing in ahmedabad. I have a property in rajasthan at nokha which is near bikaner. Its a property given by the father. The property entrance portion is the name of my elder brother . None of my parents are alive and i Have no family support as I am disabled person everyone eyes on what little i have . My question is i wish to dispose that property so how can i get an entrance provision for the same. Please help. Madhu Bagri
