what to do if the post dated cheques in the sale deed bounce ,please tell me is there any legal way to recover the money or the land or anything i can do in may favour

You can file criminal case u/s 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. First you would have to send a legal notice. You can also initiate parallel civil proceedings for recovery.
