What is the procdure to pay the registration of rental agreement of three years made without registration?now it is under eviction case with status-arguments.judge has told it is govt rewenue and should be paid any time.some one told cases has beed resolved with such agreements.how to proceed the case now?

Dear Sir / Madam,
You should pay the prevailing Stamp Duty on the Agreement and get it registered.
