what is the process to get stay order from the court of law?
my mother died recently, and the property we are residing is in her name, There is no fencing done around the property by taking this as an advantage, some of the neighbours trying to occupy a bit of land, so they are going for measurement and they themselves declaring the boundaries, my father is an illiterate. We have every proper document with us, please guide me with a solution..

Compound the property first .enforce the possession let opposite party go to the court for restoration.
