Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Thanks for your prompt response, after my death & if i write my properties in the name of my son ONLY as a WILL (veelunama), he can dispose the property any time after my death or i heard my son can only dispose it after 14 yrs? Is there a law like this?

you can impose any legtimate condition in your will there is no time specified for disposal of properety.

There is no such impediment that your son can only dispose the property after 14 years.
