Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I have a property in Bihar but I reside in Haryana and the property is been encroached by a neighbour over there. Can i file a case from my city of residence in Haryana.

the case can be filed where the property is situated or where the respondent resides and presently both are in bihar or where the cause of action arose. So to free your property of encumberance your case will be filed in bihar.
