Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
We have property in three different cities in India. Out of which one is heritage property (My grandfather stating that equal parts will given to their each grandson against this heritage property). Two houses (at different cities). One house is in the name of my mother and another is registered in the name of my younger brother (married). I am the elder. Four years ago My father and mother signed an affidavit stating that i cann't entitled to their any movable and immovable property also they published the same thing in National Newspaper due to domestic dispute between my wife and my mother. Now my father has been expired. They did not registered any will regarding this affidavit.
Now please guide me can I have right in all three properties (one is heritage property, second is in the name of my mother and third is in the name of my brother).
Kindly let me know what is my position.
And what action can be taken to get equal share in all three houses.

in case the properties are ancestral, you can have an equal right in all but before initiating any legal action, you are required to contact a lawyer to conduct legal research based upon the documents and facts.
