Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
my property documents are attested in white paper following with a stamp paper of 500 /- the rest of the papers are in white.when i contacted a lawyer he informed me apart from 500/- paper all the papers should be in legal document i.e., in light green paper is it true? if so what is my next option to secure those papers ([email protected])

Colour of paper is inconsequential.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Till 1975, there was a customary practice prevalent to use light green legal paper for litigation. That practice has been abolished since then, and any paper can be used for litigation, irrespective of colour or size.
