Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I have property and made my wife a joint applicant of my property, but later i transferred the whole property on my wife name through a release deed and got it registered.. After a month my wife disowned me and gave me a divorce , now what shall i do to get a portion of my property for Me?

Dear Sir,

As it stands today, your wife is the absolute owner of the property. Let the divorce proceedings come up in the Court for hearing, and there in the Court, you should inform the Judge hearing the matter that your wife has "ditched" you after getting the property transferred in her name, and plead that half the income from the property (real or notional) should be credited to your A/c every month.
