Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Property in the name of my mother has been gifted to my sister for getting loan 5yrs back. Now my sister claims that I have no rights in the property. Kindly advice.

Dear Ashok,

Since your mother has already gifted her title in the property to your sister, she becomes the legal Owner of the property.
