Legal Question in Real Estate Law in
I have property in Mumbai, which is owned by me and my wife equally. We have made registration and agreement with out both names on the document. However, our agreement document does not show percentage share for each of us, i.e. 50-50%
Question: In case the exact share percentage is not displayed on the agreement, but both the names are present on the agreement, does that mean that house is shared by us equally.
Waiting for answer from your side.

Vishal
