Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
one property named on my grandma , she is not more and 5 son of stays in that land.two brothers resides on the front side of the land from more than 50years and they both want to sell their part of possesion without asking other 3 who do not want to sell their shares. can they sell? any legal obstacles? pls guide
