Legal Question in Real Estate Law in

Property was sold by brother which he got from his father as a legal heir. Got a affidavit from mother and sister dispensing the rights to the property and accepting the sale. Is this affidavit tenable in the court of law?

Yes, it is. The only exception is fraud.
