Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Hi , I want to purachse resaleflat in PUNE. But as per owner builder had not take completion certificate from corporation. Only commencement certificate , sanction plan & Architect completion certififcate avilable. Ps. advice can i purchase w/o corp.completion certificate.

Dear Sir / Madam,

Flat deals are done without the Completion Certificate which is just a formality the builder has to complete with the Corporation and the Society pursues the matter with the builder for obtaining the same. The Society will surely be having the BCC - Building Completion Certificate and the Occupation Certificate which is important when you are purchasing a resale flat.
