Dear Sir / Madam,
When you complete the registration of the flat, all the previous chain of documents are provided to you by the Stamp Duty Registrar's (SDR) office and only your Agreement for Sale is retained on the SDR's record. Since Stamp Duty is paid, no problems are envisaged.
