Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I have been purchase a land from a person on agreement (on 100 rs stamp paper) I paid him full payment and I also got possion of that land now that people died now my agreement is valid and under this agreement all his family are bound.

Dear Sir / Madam,

If your name is already registered as the title owner of the land in the record of the Tahsildar / District Registrar, there is no issue, but if that registration process is still pending, the legal heirs of the seller can contest the sale in the Tahsildar / District Registrar's Office & the Court.
