Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pakistan

I am going to purchase a 6 marla house in Tehsil Committee area, the house was constructed about 10-15 years ago. The Farad of such land shows that the land consists in four khasras which includes four & half marla in khana malkiat and one & half marla in khana kaasht. The house owner is also having registry of 6 marla house showing four khasras. I have shown the same to another halqa patwari, who told me that it is ok but I still need your expert opinion. If it is ok than please also advise me what type of documents to be checked by me prior to registry to avoid any complication at any later stage. Kind regards.
