I want to purchase a mhada plot of 60 sq meters. plot is registered in nov.2009 and passion given by mhada in june2013. give me suggestion howI can purchase the plot. which document are required.

Dear Sir / Madam,

You will need all the title documents like Property Card, 7/12 extract (saat baara utara) previous chain of sale-purchase transactions taken place of the plot that you intend to purchase, MHADA rules and regulations for ownership i.e MHADA documents stating whether the land is freehold or leasehold, and the Agreement for Sale by MHADA if they are owners of the land or by the present owner of the land from whom you intend to purchase it.
