Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I've purchased adjacent plot to my house from a central govt employee's society. The payment was made thru a/c payee cheque. It's mentioned as a temple garden in a approved map sanction from town & country planning department. In actuality the front of this plot is almost being covered by 25 ft diameter open well. Thus, literally there no space for entrance. Only for this the said society sold this plot to me. Legally, as the plot is mentioned for temple garden society is now not ready for registry of this plot. Simply issued me a letter towards sell deed & instructed me that no civil work can be performed on this piece of land. Moreover, society says that as the piece of said land is situated in between 2 houses, therefore they are unable to generate a new plot number & can not make registry of the plot. Pl help me that how I can make this land in my name legally.

Dear Sir / Madam,
It appears that the adjacent plot is a "no-man's land" so asking for full refund is advisable and recommended.
