Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I have purchased a flat in hyderabad in the sale deed of seller it is written A-312 on the second floor.Actually it should be written as A-312 on the third floor.Meanwhile i have to do registration so can i make it to third foor in my paper Or i have to do rectifaction deed if yes it can be done between me and the seller or i should get the earlier old owner from which the seller has purchased and what would be the rectification fee.pls suggest me

1) If the mistake is in earlier deed, then old seller also required.
2) In both situations u hv to go for rectification deed and u cannot
change on ur copy and register ur present sale deed already prepared
along with modification deed.
