Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
i have purchased one flat jointly in the name myself and my wife.subsequently my wife expired by an accident having no child. now i want to sell the flat to purchase a new one.will you please advice how can i sell it without any hazard?

Take the death certificate of your wife and along with succession certificate apply the authorities to enter your name in place of her after clubbing you can sell it.
