Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I have purchased a flat in small complex with only 4 flats in 2 storey in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. The builder has not given adequate space for parking and illegally constructed a flat at ground area. Two years have passed after all flats are fully occupied but, the builder has not registered the society, and charges unusual charges in the name of maintenance, besides society charges.
Kindly advise what are the options left for me.

Dear Sir / Madam,
All the Owners of flats in the complex should get together and immediately register a co-operative Housing Society. The Builder is legally bound to transfer all amounts collected from owners of flat towards Maintenance and other charges to the Society A/c as soon as it is registered.
Regards,
