Legal Question in Real Estate Law in

I purchased a flat in a new society in 2005 and duirng the same period purchased two stilts as I ahd two vehicles with me

now after a gap of 5 years the society has started levying a parking charge of Rs.500/- for all members who possess two vehicles

Is this legally permissiable

The Managing Committee of the Society is an elected body and may be entitled to pass appropriate orders in the interests of all the members. If you are aggrieved by any order passed by the Society, you may consider challenging the same before Registrar, Coop Socieities.
