Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pakistan

I purchased a home in 1978 n seller executed sale deed which is still available with me in original.But since then to right now I have not muted (intiqal) of my home.now I take up the matter with concerned authorities to record my mutation based on my sale deed they in turn informed that it is impossible because khasra number where my home is situated has entirely sold and no space is available. I'm very much upset please suggest me what remedies do I have??
