Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I have purchased house property in Goa before 15 years. The said society containing 7 members / houses only. Currently out of 7 incl myself 3 members are there ( 1 died and two not contactable at all).
Now I want to sell my house but the conveyance Deed is not yet done by builder. The reason for the same is there are some personal issues between builder and one of the member of society.
On my part I have no dues pending everything else is clear. I have purchased property via Agreement to sell so can I sign sale deed for resell??
As buyer want to obtain loan and for this bank is asking for convence deed or sale deed
Pls guide me is there any way out for my problem. I am really stuck up unnecessarily.

you may go for a civil suit for the needful to be done against the authority that need to get the conveyance deed done.
