Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I purchased a house 3 years ago I have the papers of that house and I have all the reciepts of the money I gave to the person I bought it from Now after 3 years the person is Refusing to give the property or the market value instead he says I will return you your money after 2 years.

What should I do?
