Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

We purchased a land in 2008 and the Saler purchased the particular land in 1998. We have a Registry and we have done dakhil-kharij also. Now a days suddenly somebody(a third person)came and said that the Patta of the land is on his name and that Patta is made in 1984 for 99 years. but sir from 1984 in several year this land get sold many times but nobody like that person shown his presence so whats wrong now a days? the land is in haryana. Sir, Is it critical issue for us. Please suggest how to resolve this matter.
