Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

we have purchased a property recently, the boundaries (North by..., East by..south by... and west by) west by mentioned wrongly instead of Road it was mentioned as private property, and the same mistake is running for the last 3 sale deed

Please advice me getting rectified with the previous (who has sold to me) vendor is fine and enough as I don't know about other 2 vendors.

Dear Sir / Madam,

YES, getting the rectification (from Private Property to Road on the West side) done in the last Agreement and notified to the Tehsildar / District Registrar is sufficient.
